Christmas Home Inspiration // Collab

Hey guys!

Where has the year gone? I mean we’re already a week into December and less than three until 2018. It’s crazy!

Anyway, today’s post is a collab with Autumn Girl (make sure you check out her blog because both her and her blog are awesome!) and it’s Christmas Home Inspiration, well more Christmas Room Inspiration but oh well! Without further ado, let’s go!

Put a festive coloured bed sheet on your bed

Probably the one I’ve done since November 😂 I’ve had a red bed sheet on my bed for ages now! I have to buy a new one and change it soon though

Hang tinsel wherever you can

I have tinsel above my bed, hanging from the wall, hanging from shelves and on my door! The only bad thing about hanging tinsel is that it DOES NOT want to stay on the wall with Sellotape! At one stage I just wanted to rip it off the wall!

Try and get a Merry Christmas banner to hang in your room

I’m using my one from last year and it makes my room look so complete. Well, until I put up my tree that is 😊

Two words: Fairy Lights

Fairy lights have been strung up in my room since last Christmas. They look so cute anywhere you put them. I’ve got three sets going from my door to the other side of the room 😂

Christmas Bedcovers

I think this is essential to making any room Christmasy. I’m yet to change from my Harry Potter duvet cover to a Christmas one purely because I can’t be bothered to buy one yet! 😂 I’m hopefully getting one tomorrow though

Get a chalkboard with a Christmas countdown

Again, I’m using a Harry Potter chalkboard from Primark that I hadn’t put up yet. I think a Christmas countdown is the best way to get really excited for Christmas ❄🎄

And with that, are all my tips on how to Christmas-ify your room. I hope you all enjoyed this post. Thank you so much for reading and I’ll see you all tomorrow!

xoxo Rosamae
